A wonderful warm September day! I went to a spinning event to raise money for the local children's hospital. It was a 90 minute spin outside the gym. It was AWESOME !
My Mom and I both managed to make it through the class only taking a few more breaks than usual.
Our reward: HOT TUB TIME!
Here's to doing something good for someone else as well as for my own health!
